Healthy Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Muffins

Not to be mistaken with the Egg McMuffin, these easy to make eggs are packed with goodness. I used Arugula, green onions, tomatoes, spinach, and green pepper; topping them off with cilantro. Yum!
